Purpose

We are seeking highly motivated individuals for full-time employment who are reliable, hardworking individuals, who can think on their feet and problem solve.  Assisting with installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for wireless radio and antenna systems on elevated tower structures.

Base Level, Tower Technician: New to the industry, apprentice level, has basic understanding of job willing to be trained. Site construction work required including but not limited to: Site Clearing, Concrete Forming and Pour, Rebar placement, Fencing, Landscaping, additional tasks as required for the project.

Second Level, Tower Top hand: Well versed in all scopes of position, assist with training and development. has potential to step in and run sites if the foreman is unavailable. Possible training and development for Foreman responsibilities. Site Clearing, Concrete Forming and Pour, Rebar placement, Fencing, Landscaping, additional tasks as required for the project.

Third level, Tower Foreman: Understands and has knowledge of all scopes of position. Has ability to problem solve, address issues in timely manner with the job and amongst crew. Has authorization for management to take corrective action when needed. Manges costs, productivity and budget in a timely manner. log all required reports and documentation as necessary of the job for close outs.
