Tower Foreman/Lead

PM Communications LLC is an established telecommunications construction company located in Phoenix, AZ with an immediate opening for all fields positions. We offer extremely competitive compensation.

Job Duties:

• All phases of tower construction, modification, and repair & maintenance.
• Ability to climb varied structures in a variety of weather conditions
• Assist with troubleshooting various types of wireless networks.
• Complete coaxial cable terminations, routing and weatherproofing.
• Provide quality workmanship meeting industry and Carrier standards.
• Adhere to all Company and industry standards/regulations and safety practices.

Qualifications/Requirements:

The competencies listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing job duties in all weather conditions
• Ability to climb structures up to 500 feet.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
• Must be willing to travel and be able to work within a non-structured schedule (e.g. long hours, weekends, etc.)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment, post-offer drug test and back
