Tower Technician

Tower Connect Inc. – Recruitment Agency for Telecommunication Technicians - is looking for seasoned tower climbers and technicians to join our expanding team! Multiple positions nationwide.

If you have 2-3 years of experience as Telecommunications Technician/Tower Climber, are willing to travel and/or relocate, and able to pass a background check, and have the following requirements and skills, e-mail your Resume to info@towerconnectinc.com

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Tower Climber Certification
• Fall protection and rescue training
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• NWSA certification
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High School Degree.

Skills/Other:

• Experience in telecommunications or construction
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• Ability to climb towers, be able to pick up 75 lbs., and be capable of working overtime
• Ability to operate basic construction equipment
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• Maintain, install, configure, adjust, and make minor repairs to microwave systems, including towers
